This Privacy Policy describes how Currency Life LLC and its platform RapidSell collect, use, share, and protect your personal information. Please read it carefully.
1. Introduction
Currency Life LLC (“Currency Life,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a California limited liability company headquartered in Southern California, USA. We operate the RapidSell marketplace platform available at rapidsell.ai and related mobile applications (“RapidSell” or the “Platform”), as well as this website, currencylife.com (the “Site”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or use the Platform, how we use and share that information, your rights regarding your data, and how we keep it secure. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Effective Date: January 1, 2025. Last Updated: May 1, 2026.

- Set up a seller profile: business name, business address, tax identification number (TIN/EIN), and government-issued identification documents for identity verification purposes.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you access the Site or Platform, our systems and third-party technologies automatically collect:
- Device information: device type, operating system version, browser type and version, unique device identifiers.
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, search queries, time and duration of visits, clickstream data, and referring URLs.
- Network data: Internet Protocol (IP) address, approximate geographic location derived from IP address, network connection type.
- Cookies and similar technologies: we use session cookies (deleted when you close your browser), persistent cookies (retained for a defined period), and similar tracking technologies to maintain session state, remember preferences, and understand how users interact with our services. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, though doing so may limit certain Platform functionality.
- Log data: server access logs, error reports, and crash data.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from:
- Stripe, Inc.: our payment processor provides us with transaction confirmations, payout statuses, and fraud signals. We receive payment results, not raw card or banking credentials.
- Supabase, Inc.: our infrastructure and database provider hosts the Platform's backend. Data stored in our Supabase-hosted database instance is subject to our access controls.
- Identity verification providers: where required by law or Platform policy, we may use third-party identity verification services to confirm user identity.
- Other users: buyers may provide shipping addresses and contact information in the context of completing a transaction with a seller on the Platform.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Providing the Platform: creating and maintaining your account, processing listings, facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers, and processing payments.
- Identity verification and compliance: verifying seller identities, satisfying anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements, and complying with applicable financial regulations.
- Customer support: responding to inquiries, resolving disputes, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Safety and fraud prevention: detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, and other illegal or harmful activity.
- Platform improvement: analyzing usage patterns to improve features, fix bugs, and develop new capabilities. We may use aggregated and anonymized data for research and analytics.
- AI-powered features: your listing data and Platform usage may be used to train and improve our AI listing optimization, pricing recommendation, and buyer-matching algorithms. This processing uses aggregated and, where possible, anonymized inputs.
- Communications: sending transactional emails (order confirmations, payment receipts, shipping notifications), security alerts, and, where you have opted in, marketing communications and product updates.
- Legal obligations: complying with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, and responding to lawful requests from governmental authorities.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share information only as described below:
- Between buyers and sellers: to facilitate a transaction, certain information is shared between the parties — for example, sellers receive buyer shipping addresses and buyers receive seller contact information needed to complete delivery and resolve any issues.
- Service providers: we share data with vendors who assist us in operating the Platform, including Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (cloud hosting and database), email delivery providers, identity verification services, and analytics providers. These service providers are contractually bound to use your data only to perform services for us and in accordance with this policy.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Currency Life LLC, our users, or the public; or to enforce our Terms of Service.
- Business transfers: if Currency Life LLC undergoes a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice to users in such circumstances to the extent required by applicable law.
- With your consent: we may share your information for purposes not described above with your explicit prior consent.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Specifically:
- Active accounts: we retain account data for the duration of the account relationship.
- Deleted accounts: when you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days of the deletion request, subject to the exceptions below.
- Financial records: transaction records, payment data, and related financial information are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years following the date of the transaction, as required by applicable tax and financial recordkeeping laws.
- Legal holds: if your data is subject to an active legal investigation, regulatory inquiry, or dispute, we may retain it beyond the standard periods until the matter is resolved.
- Anonymized and aggregated data: data that has been irreversibly de-identified may be retained indefinitely for research, product improvement, and statistical purposes.
- Backup systems: copies of data in backup or disaster-recovery systems may persist for up to 90 days after the primary copy is deleted as part of our standard backup rotation schedule.

- Right to Non-Discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised your rights.
